RhynoCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team, providing nursing care in accordance with established policies and the resident plan of care.

This role involves utilizing sound nursing practice principles to ensure the delivery of excellent nursing and personal care in the assigned home area(s).

We require a highly motivated individual who can ensure timely and accessible admissions for residents, as well as transfers and discharges that are safe and efficient.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent, and current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.

You will also have Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, basic computer proficiency, and a valid First Aid and CPR Certificate. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential, as well as a compassionate and supportive approach to interacting with others.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of residents.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
