Territory Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Fluidra. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the pool industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in target customer companies.
- Present sales presentations to targeted accounts and negotiate sales contracts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product demonstrations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the pool industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Ability to operate basic Microsoft Office software and CRM tools.
