Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at West Fraser Hospitality Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
