Lead Baker

The estimated salary for this role is between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

• We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Baker to join our team. As a Lead Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• You will also oversee the baking process, supervise baking personnel, and train staff to ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
• In addition, you will inspect kitchen and food service areas, operate machinery, and organize and maintain inventory.

• We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
• You should have excellent oral communication skills, judgment, and reliability.
• A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, and a post-secondary education would be an asset.
