Viana Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and advising staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established frameworks.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services and providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Computer and Technology Knowledge
  • MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Security and Safety
  • Criminal record check.
