Job Summary

Harlens Trucking LTD. is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely operating a semi-truck and transporting goods and materials across various locations.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle.
  • Load and unload goods, and perform emergency roadside repairs.
  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy, and receive and relay information to central dispatch.
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
  • Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo.
Requirements
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks)
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Organized, team player, hardworking, and able to work 40 to 60 hours per week.
Work Environment

As a Long Haul Truck Driver with Harlens Trucking LTD., you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, and be away from home for extended periods of time.
