Job Summary

As a Cloud Engineer Lead, you'll be responsible for leading various Cloud Engineering projects in Operations, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Security. This role involves architecting cloud solutions, leading projects to completion, analyzing application designs, and monitoring software and environments to ensure peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute projects, ensuring your team has the necessary technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver tasks effectively.
  • Keep the team on track by proactively identifying project, people, and organizational problems and providing well-thought-out solutions.
  • Continuously influence the team to adopt new processes and tools that support the DevSecOps culture.
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities by promoting the DevSecOps culture to Cloud Engineering and Development teams.
  • Continuously look to improve product deployment automation and monitoring capabilities.
  • Work closely with onsite and remote development teams to understand system integrations.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience leading through the design, development, release cycle, and delivery of software products to market.
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud-based computing services such as AWS or Azure and Google Cloud.
  • Experience automating using Python, Shell, and PowerShell SDKs for AWS and Azure APIs.
  • Expertise in defining new infrastructure designs involving cloud networks and leveraging different cloud-native services.
  • Kubernetes cluster administration.
