About the Role:

This full-time position involves delivering exceptional customer service and providing legendary customer experience by crafting high-quality eyewear that exceeds customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all customers and set clear expectations
  • Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses
  • Showcase optical acumen as a leader
  • Take and record measurements, adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, and ensure finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs
  • Assist teams with complex product needs and prescriptions
  • Use technology accurately and efficiently, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and tool utilization
  • Proactively resolve issues, strive for excellence, and exceed customer satisfaction
  • Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with competing priorities
  • Achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies
  • Promote store appearance, maintain cleanliness, and organize store space
  • Identify safety opportunities, demonstrate safe work practices, and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Stay resourceful, motivated, and committed to continual learning and improvement

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • State licensure
  • Optical dispensing experience
  • Strong customer service skills, communication, listening, and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of current store merchandise
  • Basic math skills and awareness of current fashion trends
  • Selling skills and familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technology

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
