Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Monde Development Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department, ensuring they meet the organization's goals. This role will also involve coordinating the flow of information within the team, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks and a large caseload. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 hours per week.
