Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Supervisor to join our team at AccountNext LLP. This is a full-time position that requires excellent leadership and financial management skills.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of accounting and related clerks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including remote workers
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Expertise in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including dental plan, health care plan, vision care benefits, commission, mileage paid, free parking available, learning/training paid by employer, paid time off (volunteering or personal days), and team building opportunities.
