Kitchen Supervisor

Are you a skilled cook looking for a leadership role? We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Mojos Craft Pub & Grill.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and training kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and managing inventory and supplies. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience. Our kitchen operates 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some evening shifts.
Job RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a cook or in a similar role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Safe Food Handling certificate
You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work well under pressure. A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential.
