Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

">

This leadership role will lead Bimbo Canada's distribution and warehousing strategy and execution, driving improvements through process reengineering, digitalization, and emerging technologies. The successful candidate will create a safe, efficient, and best-in-class distribution network in the baked goods and snacking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize space utilization, inventory accuracy, and productivity across the warehouse network.">
  • Refine network design and cost structure.">
  • Establish and track KPIs, driving operational effectiveness and supporting logistics and sales teams with tools and insights for a best-in-class route-to-market operation.">
  • Foster a culture aligned with Grupo Bimbo's values, promoting diversity, equity, belonging, and associate engagement to unlock discretionary effort.">

Requirements

">

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business, or related field; 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, and warehousing, with 7+ years in management. Strong CPG experience, ideally in food and/or DSD environments, is an asset.
