Job Title: Virtual Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist

Labtician Ophthalmics Inc. is a dynamic and innovative company that offers a unique opportunity for a Virtual Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist to join our team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to support our external sales force in the selling efforts for our medical devices and pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand our product portfolio through effective sales strategies and dialogue
  • Identify key decision makers and establish a plan to initiate contact and generate incremental business
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and data, continuously tracking prospects throughout the sales process
  • Communicate the Labtician value proposition and make product/services recommendations
  • Identify sales opportunities and close sales to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
  • University degree
  • Inside sales or sales experience or a sales-driven mindset
  • Bilingual (English and French) is a must
  • Excellent sales or customer service track-record
  • Clearly communicates, is articulate and actively listens
  • People-oriented and experienced in rapport building
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or Microsoft software programs
  • Fast learner to develop product and industry knowledge
  • Excellent time management skills

We are hiring two full-time, hybrid office-based roles in Oakville, reporting to the VP Sales. One role will focus solely on our Optometric Customer base, while the other will spend 20% of their time as a customer service representative.
