Job Overview

We're seeking an Insurance Broker to join our team in Grimshaw, AB.


This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive compensation package consisting of a salary range of $45,000 - $61,000 per year, plus benefits and other perks.



About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals, building lasting relationships with customers, and helping them protect what matters most to them.




  • You will provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email.
  • Every day, you will assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy.
  • You will manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets.
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business.


The Value You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • No prior experience is required; we would provide applicable training for the right candidate.
  • RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
  • You must be able to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role.
  • Working experience in EPIC is an asset.
