Aspireus Business Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and team management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve business objectives.
- Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure the organization's financial stability and compliance.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning to ensure the organization's success.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in business development, strategic planning, and team management.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- 40 hours per week.
- Permanent employment.
- English language.
