Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Hot Pot Grill Authentic Indian Cuisine. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food in a clean and welcoming environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth;
  • Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment;
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and resources to minimize waste and optimize efficiency;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality control standards, and company policies;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and employee performance;
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on operational performance and areas for improvement;

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Food Service Supervisor or in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in leading teams and driving results;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience;

Salary and Benefits:

Our competitive salary range is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Work Environment:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be based at our Hot Pot Grill Authentic Indian Cuisine location, where you will have access to state-of-the-art equipment, training, and support.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
