  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules to meet the needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physically demanding work.

Work Environment:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
