Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Will train.
- Criminal record check.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physically demanding work.
Work Environment:
- 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
