Job Title: Luggage Handling Professional

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Luggage Handling Professional to join our team at Quality Inn. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service while handling their luggage.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week.
  • The working language is English.
Responsibilities
  • Convey travellers' luggage by hand or hand truck in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assist passengers as required, providing them with excellent customer service skills.
  • Carry luggage for passengers aboard ships, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide assistance to clients/guests with special needs, adapting to individual requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized luggage storage area, ensuring easy access for guests.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide seamless service, including escorting incoming guests to their rooms and arranging for valet parking services.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. This includes benefits such as regular working hours, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
