Automation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Manager to join our team at Interior Health Authority. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and standards of practice for our Intelligent Automation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve business operations and gain efficiencies across the organization.
• Collaborate with business units to translate business requirements into specifications for automated solutions.
• Plan and coordinate the execution of strategic projects that deliver long-term, mission-critical information and software systems, as well as automation systems, leveraging Robotic Process Automation technologies.
• Clarify customer requirements, provide consultation on alternative solutions, facilitate the resolution of issues, and find efficiencies that benefit the organization.
• Balance the availability of Intelligent Automation resources with the demands of the organization.
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams, contractors, and third-party vendors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex and sensitive system or team issues.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation technologies and a strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
