  • Supervise staff to ensure they are following company policies and procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records
  • Cost products and services to ensure we are getting the best value for our customers
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect our customers and staff
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage events and functions to ensure they are executed to the highest standards

    Requirements:

    • 5-10 years of experience in a restaurant management role
    • Proven track record of success in managing daily operations, staff, and finances
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
