Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Alexis Hotel.
Job SummaryThe Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a team.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping services.
- Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality.
- Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that all staff have what they need to perform their duties.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are covered.
- Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out to the highest standards.
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
The Executive Housekeeper will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism is essential.
