About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Lead to join our team at Kashvi Trading Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will give you the opportunity to lead by example, motivate staff, and drive sales performance.

Job Description

The Store Operations Lead will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in daily operations, including inventory management, staff training, and scheduling. You will ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times, lead by example, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

You will oversee staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to promote growth and development. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. The Store Operations Lead will also maintain store cleanliness and organization in accordance with company standards.

As part of this role, you will assist in implementing promotional initiatives and marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales. You will also monitor sales performance and assist in developing strategies for improvement.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is an asset.

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of around $$60,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
