As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring they meet the organization's goals.

The ideal candidate will have secondary education and less than 7 months of experience in a similar role. You will work closely with the HR department to manage tasks such as opening and distributing mail, supervising workers, training staff, scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and compiling data.

This is a permanent position with 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The estimated salary for this role is $40,000-$50,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
