What You'll Do Here

As a Senior Planner in our Project Controls team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex construction and engineering resource-loaded schedules in compliance with customer scheduling standards/protocols as specified in the contract. You will also create lookahead reports, resource profiles, and other customized P6 reports to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain basis of schedule documenting all assumptions and parameters underpinning the baseline schedule
• Create and maintain project status update reports, forecast reports, and project dashboards to ensure timely issuance to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in project set-up, casting baseline budgets, setting up rules of credit to support earned value management; ensure WBS and CBS alignment
• Liaise with Construction on scheduling sequencing, assist in determining schedule priorities, support constructability reviews
• Proactively identify schedule variances, logic gaps, etc.; facilitate the development of recovery plans and other remedial action plans

What You Bring To The Team

We are looking for a highly analytical and adaptive individual with a strong background in project controls and a passion for delivering high-quality results. You will have a quantitative, engineering, or construction management post-secondary degree and strong team collaboration skills. You will also have a detail-oriented approach, focused on quality, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
