Job SummaryThe Dry Cleaning Service Manager will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning and organizing tasks to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Direct and control daily operations to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Staff Management
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure adequate resources for operations.
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the business.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Personal Suitability
- Client focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organized: Plan and manage tasks and resources to ensure efficient operations.
- Reliability: Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and responsibilities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a related field is an asset.
