Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at INNISFAIL HOTEL. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of staff to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation and service.
Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen StaffOversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities and maintain high standards of performance.
Train and Develop StaffProvide training and development opportunities to staff, focusing on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and manage inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring minimal waste and optimal use of resources.
Prepare Budgets and Cost EstimatesDevelop and manage budgets and cost estimates for food, supplies, and labor, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial management.
Address Customer ComplaintsRespond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain Records and ReportsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management as required.
Support Team MembersProvide support and guidance to team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
