Executive Chef for Moksha Indian Bistro

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Moksha Indian Bistro. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that showcase the diversity and richness of Indian cuisine
- Sourcing high-quality ingredients and managing inventory levels to minimize waste
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment that meets health and safety regulations
- Supervising and training kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles
- Working closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experiences
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
