About the Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Engagement Specialist. The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Business Development/Early Career Education Specialist team in Canada.
  • Execute individual goals, plans, and initiatives in support of the team's business strategies and objectives.
  • Generate and nurture prospect opportunities, converting them into new MD clients.

You will be responsible for pursuing new client relationships by maximizing opportunities with existing and new clients. Your approach should be reactive to business needs and value-added in client interactions.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree or college diploma, or equivalent education and/or professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and very proficient with Excel.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and ability to think strategically. Knowledge of CRM tools and practices is a strong asset.
