We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Behavioural Services Specialist to join our team at Children's Wellness Centre.

About the Role:

This position is focused on providing pediatric behavioural services in the Kingston and surrounding area. As a Pediatric Behavioural Services Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with children who require support with their behaviour, using evidence-based approaches such as Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing direct ABA services to children and their caregivers
  • Implementing services as designed by our experienced Board Certified Behaviour Analysts
  • Organizing and maintaining client files and documents
  • Providing services in homes, community settings, and clinics as needed
  • Collaborating with our team to build and grow effective services and programming

Requirements:

  • College diploma or university degree in child development, special education, applied behaviour analysis, psychology, or equivalent
  • One or more years of experience working with children in a professional setting
  • CPR training
  • One or more years of experience working with neurodivergent children (an asset)
  • Certification as a Registered Behaviour Technician (an asset)
