We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Clearway Brokerage Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Provide customer service
