Customer Service Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to lead our team at Ontario Inc.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Job SummaryThe Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and driving sales growth.
You will manage a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance, training, and coaching to help them achieve their goals.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the customer service team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales results.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
- Hire, train, and develop high-performing team members.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate ordering, and authorize returns as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
