About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Data Coordinator to join our team at Janet Isola Real Estate. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Responsibilities
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, providing timely and accurate financial information to management.
  • Post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare trial balances, exercising attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, presenting data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assist in preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • A degree in Accounting or a related field is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
