Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Rayacom. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, planning and controlling budgets, managing contracts, and implementing training and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of our organization
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and partners
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth delivery of services
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
