Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Coordinator to join our team at 2 6 8 5 9 4 2 O N T A R I O I N C. as a key member of our Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures
Administer and manage staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
Staffing RequirementsIdentify and analyze current and prospective staffing requirements to inform strategic hiring decisions.
Employee SupportProvide information and services to support the well-being and development of our employees, including employee assistance and counseling.
Recruitment and HiringPrepare and post job notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
Selection and Examination BoardsCo-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
Job Offers and OnboardingNotify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Staff Training and DevelopmentDetermine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to support the growth and development of our employees.
Supervision and SupportSupervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements- Computer and Technology Skills
Proficient in MS Windows, electronic mail, database software, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Work Environment and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Work Term and LanguagePermanent position, working 30 hours per week, with English as the primary language of communication.
