Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team at IMW Industries dba Clean Energy Compression. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality industrial equipment, ensuring precision and accuracy in every step of the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply thread sealant and Loctite to threaded fittings and pipe, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient assembly.
  • Operate a sandblaster and other equipment safely and effectively.
  • Drill and tap holes with precision, using measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
  • Fill out check sheets and quality records, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements.
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to workplace health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced production environment, adhering to strict quality control standards and safety protocols.
