About the Role

As a Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety, and coordinating activities to achieve efficient results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient workflow and quality service.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, tracking expenses and costs associated with cleaning services.
  • Establish work schedules and assign tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, responding to their needs and concerns.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and scheduling software.
