Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our team in the construction of a major Healthcare project. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong understanding of construction processes, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • The ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
