Accounting Assistant Role Overview

This position involves providing financial support to the management and office team. Key responsibilities include reconciling accounts with the off-site head office, entering invoices into the system, and performing various accounting and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team with financial tasks and office administration.
  • Liaise with the head office to ensure accurate account reconciliation.
  • Enter all invoices into the system in a timely manner.


Work Environment:

This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role with transit accessibility. The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 5pm, and Friday, 7:30am to 11:30am. The position is fully based in the office.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00, with the potential to earn up to $48,000 per year.
