Job Title: Administrative Officer - Office Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Wok Box - Kenaston. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing inventory, and maintaining budgetary controls.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new administrative procedures and ensure they are up-to-date with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: MS Office, ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, organized, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability.
