We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Cleaning with Love. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Key responsibilities include coordinating team information flow, directing and controlling daily operations, and overseeing report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate team information flow
- Direct and control daily operations
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Oversee report preparation
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Recruit and hire staff
- Provide ongoing client support
- Assist in preparing brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
