Syneos Health seeks a skilled Biopharmaceutical Sales Professional to join our team.
Job DescriptionThis role involves implementing marketing plans by delivering sales presentations to customers and prospective clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing activities to ensure consistent coverage of their assigned territory, adhering to reporting and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Executing client-directed calls, emails, and virtual interactions with targets and prospects.
- Clearly articulating product benefits and value to healthcare professionals using educational resources.
- Engaging healthcare professionals to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads.
- Fostering trust and credibility through professional communication in virtual settings.
- Developing deep product knowledge and understanding local market trends.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- 1+ year of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience (preferred).
- Strong patient identification and lead generation skills.
- Expert selling skills, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to present complex information effectively.
