Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked bakery
- Bake mixed dough and batters to meet production demands
- Ensure that all products meet established quality standards
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize production
As a Bakery Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced café environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production demands
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
