Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Ontario Inc. as an Executive Chef. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate special events and ensure seamless execution
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high standards
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer expectations
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food to maintain quality standards
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Recruit and hire staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team
  • Organize buffets and banquets to meet customer expectations
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
