About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Control Specialist to join our team at Levo. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers in developing and updating project plans and schedules, as well as identifying dependencies with other projects.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop, produce, and analyze performance indicators related to budget, schedules, and resources.
  • Be responsible for monthly budget consolidations and forecasting exercises, including variance analysis and trend identification.
  • Control and process change requests, including cost reviews and estimates.
  • Develop, produce, and disseminate presentations, statistics, reports, and other documentation for various committees and decision-making bodies.
  • Act as a resource for the use of project management reports, practices, and tools.
  • Ensure the update of documentation, deliverables, and required approvals.
  • Participate in and organize project management meetings.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project office.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • PMP certification (an asset).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project EPM.
  • Knowledge of PMI indicators (acquired value, CPI, SPI, etc.).
  • Bilingualism (oral and written).
