Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario INC o/a Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
