Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at TOOR BROTHER TRANSPORT LTD. in a permanent, full-time position.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met. This includes reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
In addition, the Administrative Operations Manager will assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. They will also assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
About the Role:
- This is a key leadership role within our organization, reporting directly to the senior management team.
- You will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
- You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative operations role, preferably in a transportation industry setting.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and recommendations.
- Ability to travel occasionally, with valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
