Job Summary

East Bound Logistics Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver - Long Distance to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across the country.

Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Safely operate a semi-trailer truck to transport goods over long distances.
  • Load Handling: Handle and secure cargo to prevent damage during transit.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cargo, routes, and delivery times.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on the truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience as a truck driver.
  • Certifications: Air Brakes Endorsement and Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks).
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Conditions: Willing to travel for extended periods, including overnight trips.
