Pharmaceutical IT Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead innovative projects in our Pharmaceutical division, driving operational efficiency and supporting our mission of delivering high-quality products.
In this role, you will oversee cross-functional teams in executing IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and delivering transformative solutions to support our mission.
Responsibilities- Craft a comprehensive project plan, including defining project goals, objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate or minimize their impact, including conducting risk assessments and crafting contingency plans.
- Work with relevant team members to define and manage the project/improvement budget.
- Develop and implement quality control processes, conduct quality reviews, and address any deficiencies to maintain high-quality outcomes.
- Transition projects to operations with appropriate service transition setup and governance to ensure operational service quality is maintained (SLA, KPI).
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 5+ years of proven experience as a project manager.
- Business domain knowledge in manufacturing, quality, engineering, or supply chain.
- A good understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, as well as service management.
- Outstanding organizational skills to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources effectively.
- PMP certification is an asset, and proficiency in ITIL Service Management (ITIL v3 or v4 certification) is highly desirable.
- Awareness of regulations like HIPAA, GDPR, FDA CFR Part 11 is an advantage.
- ERP and SAP S/4 knowledge is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
