Food Service Team Lead

At Mucho Burrito, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with experience in supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food preparation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.
- Manage budgets and cost estimates, maintaining financial control and making informed decisions.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- 3-4 years of experience in food service management, with a strong background in supervising staff and managing inventory.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations, with a Food Safety Certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
