Dishroom Attendant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Mr Mikes Steakhouse. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all dishware, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards.
• Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring efficient operation and minimizing downtime.
• Sort and store dishes, utensils, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including floors, walls, and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow health and safety protocols.
